This is an "alternative" scenario, in case that Nami and Vivi were captured before the Straw hat pirates broke in during "Rain Dinners". Crocodile spared Mr. 3 and ordered him to use his devil fruit powers to build some wax contraptions to restrain Nami. Now, Nico Robin is Interrogating her to reveal where "Mr. Prince" was hiding. Also, we couldn't forget Vivi chan right? So Robin is giving her some tickles on her royal pinkish soles to prevent herself from getting bored >;D
