百貨店のマネキンとなった3体。しかし、その1体は廃墟に放置されていた物であった事や、2体は元々人間だった等という事は誰として知る由がない。何故ならその3体は初めから百貨店の備品のマネキンであったからだ。3体のマネキンは季節に合わせて様々な衣装をまとい、その服の魅力を引き立て、汚れれば丁寧に手入れしてもらい、大切に扱われていた。

　しばらく経ったある日、2組の親子が百貨店へ服を買いにやって来た。衣服売り場でマネキン達とすれ違ったその時、子供達が立ち止まる。2人はどうやらマネキンに何やら違和感があるようだった…

　2人の子供達はマネキンになった2人の転生した姿です。マネキンにされてしまった時、2人の存在は完全に消失してしまいましたが、その魂は子供に転生した様です。しかし、「あの時」の記憶は何一つ残っていません。なので2人に面識はありません。しかし、魂はそのマネキンの姿に何かしらの違和感を覚えたのかもしれませんね。

Mannequins in a department store

　The three became department store mannequins. However, since all three were department store fixtures from the beginning, no one knew that one of the mannequins had been left in ruins and that two of them were originally human. three mannequins were carefully cared for, dressed in different clothes according to the season, to enhance their clothing appeal, and carefully cleaned when dirty. 　One day, some time later, two sets of parents and children came to a department store to buy clothes. As they passed by the mannequins in the clothing department, the children stopped in their tracks. Apparently, they felt something strange about the mannequins...

　The two children are reincarnations of the women who were turned into two mannequins. When they became mannequins, their existence disappeared completely, but their souls seem to have been reborn as children. However, no memory of “that time” remains. Thus, the two have never met. However, the souls may have felt uncomfortable with the mannequins' appearance.
