Setsumi Sakura

The protagonist of the visual novel series Narcissu (from 2005) by Tomo Kataoka.

Hard to believe it's so fast that she has left us for 20 years.

Due to her fatal heart disease since her teenage period, her schooling and physical growth are severely delayed. Her apperance almost stayed unchanged since her middle school years.

In the last 9 years of her life, (throughout the whole series), she experienced and witnessed the life of many terminally ill patients from her hospitalized life.
Gradually, she became one of them at 21.
And like many of the patients inspired her, she finally started a remarkable terminal journey for her end.

Her birthday was only known as of Aquarius, but I assumed it to be at the beginning of Aquarius.
