madara uchiha goes into labor

I think I had a dream once where Konoha got either attacked or flooded or attacked by zombies, and then it was just Madara and Naruto all alone (all the medical ninjas are too busy trying to heal dying people or find corpses). Madara went into labor, and now his former enemy turned acquaintance Naruto must help him give birth.
