Another piece drawn for a Today's Theme prrompt (ウィンク wink) but posted after the deadline

After I came up with the Winks and Wings non-feline pun, I thought of using a feather for tickling (I had already drawn a Tickling & Kitty-Kitten thing)... and the rest followed - I guess it could be a kind of counterpart to my (P)ORCa Mewseria pic...
