You can usually get the prompt and other settings I used for the generated images I post from their metadata by downloading them and drag+dropping them into AUTOMATIC1111 or this website: https://www.extractmetadata.com/] Please note that this might be of limited usefulness if the image in question touched up via img2img, since the seed and possibly prompt will be different than the original txt2img generation.
